New Mexico Vacation

I love our (mostly) annual trip to the mountains. It is always cool, quiet, relaxing, and so much fun to watch the dogs playing and chasing chipmunks.

We were up there for about 5 days at the end of July, and it rained at least a little bit every afternoon. This made grilling pretty difficult... however, we did manage to cook some shrimp and got about halfway through some steaks. We enjoyed quiet evenings reading in front of the fireplace. I also enjoyed taking pictures of some flowers.
