"B" Week

"B" is a super easy letter, but since we were all sick this week, we didn't do as much with it as we easily could have. I'm trying to mix in just a few new things with mostly words he knows. I'm also mostly using nouns, but at least one thing that is a bit less concrete (like feelings, colors, actions). So, in this case "Bracelet" was new, and "Blue" is an adjective.

This was at a friend's 1st Birthday, all credit goes to the amazing Chrissie - but perfect demonstration of Balls and Blue! I'm thinking of rigging something up like this at our house. CJ loved it.

I'm trying to think about some of what we talked about this week. Definitely Bubbles, Balls, and Bath, as those happen pretty much every day. We ate some Beans, and watered the Green Beans. We talk about our food a lot at dinner - so Bowl, Bread, Broccoli, Berries, and Banana all got covered. Brown and Blue while playing outside. Oh, of course, BUGS. CJ does love Bugs. Babies - he loves to look at pictures of himself and other babies. Barn - we watched Old MacDonald Baby Einstein. Blanket - he definitely loves his. That's probably about it. Nothing special really, just talking about whatever we come across.

I'm looking forward to doing "B" Week again sometime when we're feeling Better. However, I'm also looking forward to "C" Week starting tomorrow, since there are so many yummy foods for "C"!
