December. I'm getting behind again...

Well, it is almost the end of January, so I'm way behind! However, I think most people just keep up with me on facebook. So Mom, you need a facebook account... (-;

Meanwhile, here's the rundown on our December shinanigans...

First, a trip to Tulsa to see the Wainrights. Included was a housewarming party and sweet swap. Lots of fun!

A couple of weeks later we were off to Singapore to visit Gavin's family! I would spend three days just typing up all our activities, so instead I'll just include a few highlights. We have a facebook page with LOTS of pictures and more notes.

Cirque on Ice - not exactly Cirque du Solei, but still fun...

Botanical Gardens/Orchid Garden - huge, and amazing variety! Very beautiful!

Zoo and Bird Park - I GOT TO FEED A GIRAFFE! That was awesome. Unfortunately I don't have pictures on this computer! Once again, see facebook! Ha!

Malaysia - very different from Singapore, but pretty cool bits of history and different atmosphere. We ate really yummy Portuguese-Malay food! 

Oops, need to get these pix from Kirsten, too! I had to download pics onto her computer 'cause my camera ran out of room.

Little India - just went to Kirsten and we bought awesome-tastic outfits for New Years!

Little China - last sightseeing before we left. Bought lots of cool gifts! This picture is from the really neat Buddhist temple we visited. There were thousands of hand carved Buddahs. 

Then home again... and we were in January! Whew!
