December Daily 16 - Corwyn 1 Month

We celebrated Corwyn's 1 Month birthday today! He got dressed up in a snazzy new outfit that will probably fit for the next week or so, and Gavin and I ate take-out from O's. The last month has been amazing! Corwyn:
- has grown from 7 lb 14 oz to 10 lb 2 oz
- has gone from wearing newborn clothes to really filling out the 0-3 month clothes; some of these are getting tight!
- will occasionally smile and open his eyes very wide at us, also likes to make an "ooooh" face that is adorable
- can track objects with his eyes and moves his head to follow them; his favorites include a green alien made by Jessica, a red/white polka-dot giraffe that was mine when I was little, a blue elephant with polka-dot ears that goes on his gym, and a stuffed giraffe (he has 3, I'm not sure he has a favorite of these!)
- lifts his head and looks around pretty well during "tummy time"
- guzzles about 4 oz of milk every 2-3 hours - occasionally chokes himself and then screams righteously about it...
- is losing his lovely soft brown hair, he appears to have blonde peach fuzz in places
- prefers to party from about 10pm to 2 am... or 5 am...  fortunately, this is mostly Daddy's shift... (-;
- has a lump on his neck muscle that we are investigating - it doesn't bother him, but he doesn't like to turn his head to the left because of it
